User research (user interviews, personas, defining problem statement, etc.)
Prioritization & ideation (user journey mapping, defining the key product characteristics woth the stakeholders, etc.)
Product mapping (defining the product architecture: articulation of features in the form of a user flow)
UX conception (wireframing starting from the needs: what is important for the user, detailed edge cases)
Graphic chart and Branding (definition of the visual identity: selection of personality, colors, typography, logo, illustrations, etc.)
